An inspiring
and energetic documentary following the lives of 4 seniors living life
to the fullest congregating,
exercising and sunbathing on a daily basis at the dock of the historic
St Kilda Pier.
Their ritualistic habits, diverse cultural backgrounds, challenging
life experiences and pure desire to be happy and healthy is a delight
to watch on screen, and a much welcomed and refreshing insight into
the lives of active older people.
